Cancellation Policy

Due to high demand and limited course places, hypnobirthing bookings are strictly non-transferable and subject to a non-refundable £55 deposit.

The only circumstances under which a full refund will be made are if your baby arrives before the course starts, or in the very unlikely event of the course being cancelled.

The fee is 100% due should you need to make cancellation less than three weeks before your course start date.

The fee will be 50% refundable should you need to make cancellation less than five weeks but more than three weeks before your course start date.

Any cancellation made with more than five weeks to your course start date will incur only the loss of the £55 deposit.

Additional Terms & Info during COVID-19

The venues for in-person Little Passengers Hypnobirthing courses perform deep cleaning of the room and equipment between each use. Little Passengers will also thoroughly de-contaminate tabletops, chairs, door handles and other commonly touched areas prior to each session.

There is no longer a requirement for you or your birth partner to wear a mask at any point during your course (although of course you can if you feel more comfortable doing so). There will be hand sanitiser available on entry to the venue, and in the teaching room itself - please make good use of this. Social distancing is also no longer a requirement, although your Little Passengers teacher will continue to ensure appropriate spacing between the sets of chairs in the room.

Should your Little Passengers teacher be too unwell to teach at the time of an in-person session, all efforts will be made to cover the session with another teacher. If that is not possible then the session will be re-arranged & held live via Zoom instead. No partial refund can be offered to you in this situation.

You are no longer required to stay at home if you (or your birth partner) experience a positive Covid test at the time of an in-person session, please use your own judgement with this. Unfortunately, no refund is possible for a missed session due to any form of illness, but arrangements can be made for you to Zoom in to the session instead if you feel well enough.

Agreement

Any booking of a Hypnobirthing course with Little Passengers assumes full and informed compliance to and agreement with all of these terms and conditions of sale. In the event of a dispute, English law pertains.
